NFS Cabs operates a one-way drop taxi and outstation cab service across Tamil Nadu and South India. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you book a ride or contact us, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Booking details — your name, phone number, pickup and drop locations, travel date and time, trip type, and vehicle preference.
Contact details — the name, phone number, email address, and message you submit through our contact form or WhatsApp.
Technical data — standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) recorded automatically when you use this website.

We do not collect or store card numbers, bank details, or any payment credentials on this website. Fares are settled directly with the driver or through the channel agreed at the time of booking.

How we use your information

To confirm your booking, quote a fare, and assign a driver and vehicle.
To contact you about your trip by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp.
To respond to enquiries, complaints, and support requests.
To keep records required for tax, permit, and regulatory purposes.
To maintain the security and reliability of this website.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising by third parties.

Sharing your information

We share only what is necessary to complete your trip. The driver assigned to your booking receives your name, contact number, and pickup and drop locations. We may also disclose information where we are required to do so by law, or to a government or enforcement authority acting under lawful authority.

How long we keep it

Booking and enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Cookies

This website uses only the cookies required for the site to function, such as remembering your display preferences. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the booking form will continue to work.

Third-party services

Some pages embed Google Maps, and our booking buttons open WhatsApp. When you use those features, your interaction is also governed by the privacy policy of the provider concerned.

Your choices

You can ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, correct anything that is inaccurate, or delete your booking and enquiry records where we are not required to keep them. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable period.

Children

Our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18 other than passenger details supplied by a booking adult.
