Agreement

By booking a ride with NFS Cabs — through this website, by phone, or over WhatsApp — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Bookings and confirmation

A booking request submitted through this website is an enquiry, not a confirmed trip. Your booking is confirmed only when we acknowledge it by phone, SMS, or WhatsApp with the fare, vehicle type, and pickup time. We may decline a booking where no vehicle is available or where the requested route is not serviceable.

Fares and minimum distance

Fares are charged per kilometre at the rate quoted for the vehicle type.
One-way drop trips are billed on a minimum of 130 km; round trips on a minimum of 250 km per day (AC).
Distance is measured from our garage or the pickup point as advised at the time of booking, to the drop point.
Toll charges, parking fees, inter-state permit charges, and hill-station charges are extra and payable in addition to the trip fare.
A driver batta (allowance) applies as advised at the time of booking, including for night driving between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
Waiting beyond the agreed free period is charged at the prevailing hourly waiting rate.

Rates published on this website are indicative. The fare confirmed at the time of booking is the fare that applies.

Payment

Payment is due on completion of the trip unless agreed otherwise in advance. We accept cash, UPI, and card as arranged at the time of booking. Any advance paid is adjusted against the final fare.

Cancellation and no-show

Cancellations made well before the scheduled pickup are free of charge.
A cancellation charge may apply where the vehicle has already been dispatched to the pickup point.
If no passenger is present at the pickup point within the agreed waiting period, the booking is treated as a no-show and the applicable charge is payable.

Passenger responsibilities

Seating capacity and luggage limits for the booked vehicle must be observed. The driver may refuse passengers or luggage in excess of the vehicle's permitted limit.
Smoking, alcohol, and prohibited substances are not permitted in the vehicle.
Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle beyond normal wear.
Please check the vehicle before leaving. We are not responsible for belongings left behind, though we will make reasonable efforts to return recovered items.

Delays and events outside our control

We make every effort to arrive on time. We are not liable for delay or non-performance caused by traffic, weather, road closures, vehicle breakdown, strikes, government restrictions, or other events outside our reasonable control. Where a vehicle becomes unavailable, we will arrange a replacement wherever possible.

Limitation of liability

Our liability in connection with a booking is limited to the fare paid for that trip. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including missed flights, trains, connections, or appointments.

Content on this website, including text, images, and the NFS Cabs name and logo, is our property and may not be reproduced without permission. We aim to keep fares and information accurate but do not warrant that every detail is current at all times.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Tiruvannamalai, Tamil Nadu.
